Denice P. Gilchrist

Denice P. Gilchrist has more than fifteen years experience in estate, gift, trust and general tax matters. Her practice in the estate area includes planning and wealth preservation, as well as administration and post-mortem planning and elder law planning.

Ms. Gilchrist received her LL.M (in Taxation) from New York University School of Law in 1993 and her J.D. from Syracuse University in 1988 and her B.S. from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1985. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She is also a member of the New Jersey Inheritance Tax Rules and Regulations Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section. She has served as law clerk for the Honorable Arthur L. Troast of the New Jersey Superior Court and has experience with an International firm dealing with financial planning for high net worth individuals and closely held businesses.
