Leonard M. Goldberg
Leonard M. Goldberg is one of the founding partners of the firm Goldberg, Mufson & Spar. He has over 30 years of broad-based experience in business, tax and estate matters. Mr. Goldberg provides in-depth and innovative tax, estate, business and financial planning for businesses and individuals. He has negotiated and structured numerous complex financial and business transactions and successfully resolved tax controversies with the I.R. S. in the courts and administratively.
Mr. Goldberg is a fellow of the prestigious American College of Trusts and Estates Counsel, a past chairman of the Taxation Section of the New Jersey Bar Association, a charter member of Attorneys for Family Held Enterprises, a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and formerly a Trial Attorney for the Tax Division of the United States Department of Justice. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School and his A.B., magna cum laude, from Tufts University.
Len Goldberg represents primarily medium-sized businesses and individuals of substantial net worth in an atmosphere of caring and commitment, defining objectives and finding imaginative and effective solutions. He was born in Jersey City, New Jersey and has earned the respect of clients, colleagues and the judiciary since his admission to the Bar.
